I had micro-fracture knee surgery about 1 month ago and I have read all the recent postings about results and upcoming races and have been frustrated as I have nothing to add. So I will bore you with my experience at the Mayo Clinic to repair my knee. It started off as a simple meniscus repair but, fortunately, a bigger problem was seen and repaired. I have progressed to cycling for 3 more weeks and then I can get back to Wednesday nights at Oda Field where I am still a "Newbie". Hopefully I can move up from very slow to slow. You can see pictures of my surgery on my blog at www.barrybergmann.com. Also you can learn about micro-fracture surgery at http://www.steadman-hawkins.com/
