13.29!!! It would be a pretty poor state of affairs for that Footy Club if a professional player aged say 22 or 23 could only just beat a 40 something female runner over 3Km !! But the Crows are from SOUTH Australia and they are not known for their speedy runners!!

Maybe 13:29?

3 Km in 3 and a half minutes...seems pretty good to me! I have owned cars who could not do that (not any more though). :-)

One for the Aussie rules football fans. The Crows held a 3km time trial last week - it was won in 3.29. Not bad for footballers.

Tonight we went to vet race, 3km at track.
I had PB, 13.37 since 2007 June.
I know it is not fast but I feel very good.

17 minutes +....which I know is slow but I am happy enough...I am trying to get my Km pace down to 4 minutes per K. Get back under 40 minutes for 10Km.
I may have a run on a track on Tuesday.A little faster then.

I ran the 10k today, finished in 38:21, much better than last week, a good result considering the fact that I usually get up just 30min before this race started - so I was basically sleepwalking! I think I missed the podium by one position! Namba...
