Two loops around Lake Saiko in Saitama between Toda/Urawa and Shiki. Course is car-free and has a lot of markers, drinks can be put at the 5k mark.
Run will be followed by a dip into the local hot-spring which is in jogging distance.
10k time-trial around Lake Saiko (between Toda and Shiki in Saitama).
Course is accurate, two loops around the lake plus 400m, good enough for an "unofficial PB".
Event will be held in the afternoon, exact time will be decided among participants.
