I have a few suggestions. If you want more information, my blog is on my profile. My first suggestion is that the race is in 3 months, so now is the time to increase milage and intensity. That is, IF you have gradually increased your per week milage. Between now and the race, try to get in two 3 hour runs with at least two weeks in between each each run. Try to include some tempo runs and progression runs each week. Your easy days should be REAL easy, 10-12 minute miles. Think hard workouts with lots of rest in between. You have to be careful to avoid injury and catching a cold. Get more sleep. Feel free to write to me at my blog.
Good luck!
