HKDRC Half Marathon 2009 - 2009/11/8

Having completed the HKDRC Half Marathon 2009 ( 第32屆 香港 半馬拉松 ) in a slow time of 1 hr 56 mins+ in the slightly warm morning today.

Despite it's a slow time but it's already 7 mins+ faster than my time in the same race last year.

Enjoyed the run but hate the long upslope from Luk Keng^.^

Nice to see so many runners friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com. Leisure Runners and others in the race.

Thanks for the photographers and encouragement from Alan, 7 Ching and Sue Ching. Thanks Sue Ching for threatening to overtake me in the last 5 K, otherwise I might had walked more^.^
