Traditional style relay (Ekiden) in a western suburb of Tokyo, will take all morning, good chance to experience a real Japanese running event. Several distances, all under 10k. Need six runners per team, women's teams are possible, too.

My first Fukuoka International Marathon was stopped at 40km point.

3 months until Berlin, perfect to start Marathon preparation - however, doing long runs during the summer is pretty tough ;-) how much time do you want to invest and what is your goal for Berlin?
